Prior to installation, a Trinity representative walks each and every project to ensure all site conditions are ready for a quality install. Pre-inspections include critical job site conditions such as subfloor moisture content and potential unevenness to mitigate potential deflection on your new floor. After the pre-inspection, if there are any areas that need to be addressed, they will bring them to your attention so appropriate corrections can be made. After the site is confirmed ready, Trinity will schedule an installer that specializes in each individual surface, ensuring the best quality installation every time. During the installation, Trinity representatives make regular site visits to ensure quality standards are being met. After installation, your project will be inspected for quality and completeness. If any corrections are needed, Trinity schedules them to be completed as quickly as possible. All Trinity installations are backed by our 1-year installation warranty.
